Unique cabaret performer and glorious vocalist, Jonathan Hellyer (applauded for his hilarious Dame Edna Experience) sings and hosts this small cosy concert in the Purcell Room with performances from a selection of visiting small groups. With a menu of extremely adult humour, incisive satirical commentary and an astounding array of vocal impressions, Hellyer’s voice is stunning, switching from belting out Dusty Springfield standards to crooning an Elton John ballad almost seamlessly. With onstage band led by Musical Director Simon Wallace, Hellyer’s excellent performances and entertainingly beautiful singing are not to be missed.
