The choreographer and founder of the group is Ralf Schiller, who was responsible together with Tony Woyszec for starting the very first Gay Ballroom and Latin Dance Classes at the former London Lesbian & Gay Centre in 1989. Ralf now is the Co-Director of The Kensington Dance Studio and is the Teacher at the Pink Jukebox.

The group has travelled to Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris and other cities to give performances of their unique style of formation Ballroom and Latin dancing.

There will also be a demonstration of ‘how to dance beautifully’ by the number one world same-sex female couple Caro and Petra. Petra and Caro began competitive dancing in 2000. The couple were accepted as members of a traditional heterosexual dance club in Cologne and their very first competition in March 2001 immediately catapulted them to the highest level of same-sex standard dancing, the A-class level. With constant work and dedication, they developed a specialized style and were rewarded with numerous titles and won competitions in London (four times in a row), Copenhagen, Cologne, Budapest, Rotterdam, Zwolle, and many other cities across Europe and North America. In 2006 they were crowned World Champions of same-sex female standard dancing and in 2007 and 2008 they won the European Championship in Antwerp and Barcelona respectively.

The couple also keep busy producing, choreographing and staring in shows for European and American venues and give dancing workshops and lectures on same sex dancing. Nicknamed ‘Black and White’ for their black and blond hair colours and chic black and white costumes, they captivate audiences with their style and skill whether it be the Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot or Quickstep.
