Global Queer Quire

Welcome to the Global Queer Quire - an opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) choirs across the world to create a virtual performance with thousands of voices joined in harmony.

This virtual choir video will premiere at the 2012 GALA Festival in Denver, Colorado as well as the BT River of Music Olympic Cultural Festival 2012 at Trafalgar Square, London. The project will then launch a viral campaign through YouTube and other on-line media.

Join us to reach out beyond the boundaries of our counties with a message of unity, strength, celebration and hope in order to reach out to LGBT choirs across the globe, and to touch those whose voices are stifled or isolated through political or religious oppression.

You are invited to submit a recording of your chorus singing Lady Gaga's "Born this Way" as a celebration of life and celebration of love as a human right.
